María Cristina Rosillo López
Catedrática adscrita al Departamento de Geografía, Historia y Filosofía de la Universidad Pablo de Olavide (área de conocimiento: Historia Antigua). Su línea de investigación se centra fundamentalmente en la historia de la república romana. Es autora de varias monografías, entre las que sobresalen The Real Estate Market in the Roman World (2023), Political Conversations in the Late Roman Republic (2022), Managing Information in the Roman Economy, Palgrave Studies in Ancient Economies (2021), Communicating Public Opinion in the Roman Republic (2019) y Public Opinion in the Late Roman Republic (2017). Entre sus publicaciones más recientes destacan “Delegation: The Power of Decision of the Consuls at Rome and Senatorial Procedures in the Second and First Centuries BCE” (2023), “Speak, Memory. Oral remembrances of the Civil Wars of the Republic and the Triumvirate” (2023), "Government Intervention in Real Estate in the Roman World” (2023), “Integration and self-integration of foreigners in the Roman census during the Roman Republic” (2023) y "Rent Control Measures in the 40s BCE: Housing Costs, Public Intervention and Inequality in the Roman World” (2022). Ha sido miembro de la comisión de investigación y evaluadora de las convocatorias de investigación internas en la Universidad Pablo de Olavide (2009-2014) y evaluadora para la Agencia Estatal del Investigación (2017-2019). Es IP de tres proyectos de investigación del Ministerio de Ciencia y coordinadora de la Red de Excelencia nacional Libera res publica: foro de historiadores españoles de la República romana.
